RALGA is planning to build a “Local Government Training Center” with training (classrooms, documentation centre) and accommodation facilities. The main purpose of the project is to put up a facility which will allow the association to better implement its mandate of building the capacity of Local Governments.

However, the facility will also enable the association to generate funds through training fees and rental of the various multipurpose rooms.
