RALGA has been so far hugely depending on Development Partners’ support to be able to implement its Strategic Plans. However, the institution plans are to achieve its economic independence for more sustainability. It is in this context that since 2010, RALGA established a consultancy firm, LG Consult, which role is to contribute in the generation of the necessary funds to implement the association’s activities.

The firm offers various services including recruitments, action plan development, training,… In addition to RALGA’s highly experienced staff, the firm also uses the services of a pool of consultants in the various domain of intervention.

LG Consult is among the most appreciated consultancy firms in Rwanda, due to its transparency and efficiency.
